Image Types:

All Dancing Crayon clip art images are standard PNG and JPEG files.  These file types will behave exactly like any other pictures, photos, and images you use on your computer.  You can use the same programs that you would use with your other images to view and work with the clip art.

Zip Files:

All clip art sets are provided in zip files.  Zip files are the standard for downloading groups of images.  If you are having trouble opening a file, viewing the contents, or printing the clip art, then it is most likely that the file is still zipped.

Tutorials:

Please click here to view tutorials on how to use clip art in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.  These tutorials also show you how to use backgrounds, digital papers, and borders in a document.

File Delivery:

All Dancing Crayon products are digital downloads.  After your payment has been processed you'll be forwarded to a page containing your download links.  Click on the links to download your files to your computer.  You have 3 days and 3 download attempts to collect your purchased files.  Please contact us if you are unable to download your files in this time.

You will also receive an email containing a link to your purchased clipart.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.  Usually this process is instant.  There may be a small delay with certain email providers. 

Your purchased files can also be accessed through the "My Account" tab.

Always remember to back up your purchased files, and take note of where you saved them on your computer.

I can't view my purchased files:

If you can't view your purchased files, it is most likely because the files have not been unzipped.
