TERMS OF USE for Digital Paper Templates 

***These terms of use apply ONLY to our Digital Paper Photoshop Templates.  All other clip art on our site is sold under our general terms of use, unless otherwise specified in the product description.  Click here for our GENERAL TERMS OF USE.***

Our digital paper Photoshop templates allow you to create your own background images.  The following terms of use apply:

You may use or sell the end products you create with our digital paper templates under the following conditions:

Most importantly, all images you create with this template may only be sold or shared in a flattened image file type (example: JPEG, PNG). Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or share the template itself, in whole or in part. This includes creating images with transparency. You may not create images to sell that contain transparency - this is the same as selling the template. You may not sell PSD files with any of the template layers or parts included. You may only sell flattened image files with no transparency that you create from the template.

The license allows the original purchaser only, to use the template to create backgrounds and digital papers. The backgrounds created may be used in a flattened image form for your own use, classroom use, and small commercial use (See definition of small commercial use below.)

CLASSROOM USE:

You may use the images you create in a flattened image form with your class. This license does not allow your students to use the template to create backgrounds themselves in Photoshop.
If you wish for your students to use the template and tutorial to create with, please contact us to enquire about license costs for this purpose.

COMMERCIAL USE:

Small business commercial use is less than 1,000 copies of each end product you create with the template. If your business exceeds this, please purchase a mass production license to accompany the product.

EXCEPTION: You do not need a mass production license to sell products on TeachersPayTeachers. Of course, if you have huge success on TpT, you are welcome to come back at a later date and purchase the mass production license.

CREDIT:

Credit is NOT required with this product, however always appreciated if you feel you would like to include it.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

You are responsible for having the proper software to open and use the graphics you purchase. If you are at all unsure whether or not you can successfully open and use the template, please email us for a free sample file before you make a purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our images, there are no refunds on items delivered electronically.

Dancing Crayon Designs are not responsible for any harm resulting from use and/or downloading images from this site. By using this site you accept all associated risks.
